Join a dynamic team working in the cutting-edge, fast-growing, global market of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. You will be bringing exciting products to some of the leading names in the market, as well as new players in this rapidly evolving industry. You will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with key clients in order to meet and exceed sales targets.


We’re looking for a dynamic, results-oriented, and self-motivated Account Executive with experience in B2B sales and account management. Communication skills and business acumen, along with the ability to work well under pressure are a must. Other skills: Leadership, teamwork, commercial awareness, and good information technology skills needed.


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the EV Charging industry, focusing on commercial clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients’ charging infrastructure requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our EV charging products and services to clients, showcasing their benefits and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and operational teams, to ensure seamless delivery and installation of charging infrastructure.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the VP of Growth and senior management team, including pipeline tracking, sales forecasts, and market insights.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services and network with potential clients.
  • Continuously build product knowledge and stay informed about EV charging industry regulations, incentives, and government programs.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years experience with a proven track record of successful sales in a B2B environment, preferably in the EV charging industry or related field.
  • Strong understanding of EV charging infrastructure, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on delivering customer value.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Availability for occasional travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
